Heritage Housekeepers is luxury house cleaning for Katy, Fulshear, and greater Houston, built on a simple belief: the standard of housekeeping enjoyed by professional athletes should be available to every household that appreciates it. Our founder, Katie Pearse, has run cleaning companies since 2008 and spent years overseeing housekeeping for NHL players' homes. Not personally, of course. She had exacting people for that. Now those people train ours.
If you are tired of rotating strangers, cancelled appointments, and one-size-fits-all maid services, so were we. That is precisely why Heritage exists.
Included with every Heritage clean
- A team of two professional housekeepers. The same team, every visit.
- All supplies and premium products included.
- Kitchen, detailed: counters and backsplash sanitized, appliance surfaces shined, sink and faucets polished, stovetop and range hood, cupboard fronts, microwave inside and out, floors vacuumed and washed.
- Bathrooms, detailed: showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out, toilets scrubbed completely, mirrors, chrome, and tile shined, vanities and every item on them, floors and baseboards.
- Bedrooms: beds made properly, rooms tidied, furnishings dusted, floors done.
- Living areas: furnishings and decor dusted, sofas vacuumed (under the cushions, too), floors vacuumed and washed.
- Throughout: light switches, railings, door frames, door handles sanitized, every wastebasket emptied.
- The finishing touches: towels folded and arranged, beds dressed to hotel standard, and the small Heritage flourishes our members tend to mention at dinner parties.

How it works
Your first appointment is priced hourly and brings your home up to the Heritage standard. From there, recurring visits are a flat rate based on the size of your home, with weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules available. The more frequent your visits, the less you pay per clean. Quotes are delivered in writing, promptly and precisely. Never negotiated in the driveway.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Pause, change, or cancel your service any time with an email. We keep our clients with quality, not paperwork.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most clients provide a door or garage code. Any keys we hold are coded and never identify your home.
What about my pets?
We adore them, and we are very good with them. We simply ask that dogs be settled in a room or crate while we work, so the only thing we're distracted by is dust. If that isn't possible, tell us in advance and we will plan accordingly.
Is my home safe with you?
Every Heritage housekeeper is background-verified and trained to our standard before ever crossing your threshold. Your personal information is handled with the same discretion as your home.
Do you offer one-time cleans?
Yes. Move-ins, move-outs, and special occasions, priced hourly.
How do I get a quote?
Email us with your square footage and we will reply with a written quote, usually the same day.
Our guarantee
If anything is less than immaculate, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right. We see everything. Especially the things your last cleaner didn't.
