The Couture Membership
The Couture Clean, returning on a standing schedule. Your home, your housekeepers, your rhythm.
Once we know your home, we can price it properly. That is what the Couture Membership is.
The Membership is the same bespoke clean, returning on a schedule you choose at the point of joining — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Your per-visit rate is locked in at the member price for the duration of your term, regardless of what the market does, what we charge new clients next year, or how often we have to politely turn other people away.
Members receive the same two-housekeeper team where possible, the same scope of work, the same discretion. What changes is everything that comes from a standing relationship: housekeepers who already know which cabinet the good glasses live in, which guest room is for actual guests and which one is really a closet, that the powder room downstairs is the one company sees and the one upstairs is the one your husband uses, and that the dog is not, in fact, allowed on the bed (regardless of what the dog has been telling them).
Members also receive priority scheduling during the holidays, a standing housekeeper assignment whenever the rota allows, and the quiet confidence of knowing the house will be ready on Friday, every Friday, without anyone having to ask.
The Couture Membership is the heart of Heritage Housekeepers. It is the model we have been refining across three countries and eighteen years. It is what we are best at, and it is, frankly, where we would prefer you to be.
