Meet Katie.
Before her team ever cleans your home, Katie is teaching the industry how it's done. Today her teams clean homes for her across the USA and Canada. She has run cleaning companies since 2008. Her cleaning companies have been voted Best of Edmonton five times, won the Edmonton Journal Readers' Award, and been named Three Best Rated in Sarnia and Washington, DC.
As founder of Glisten Academy, Katie trains and mentors cleaning professionals and business owners across the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia. She jokes that it makes her an industry celebrity. We'd simply call her the cleaners' cleaner.
In Fulshear and Katy, our team is trained and certified through Glisten Academy in her 3D+ Professional Cleaning Process: Dust, Drench, Dazzle + Disinfect.

About Us
Hotel-style housekeeping at home, from a founder who has run cleaning companies since 2008.
Our Story
The way a home was meantto be cleaned.
You have stayed in hotels where everything was simply handled. The room restored while you were at breakfast, every towel folded, every surface considered. You never saw it happen. You only came back to the result.
We are a small, local team serving Fulshear and its surrounding communities. We know the homes in Cross Creek Ranch, the residences in Weston Lakes, the quiet streets of Fulbrook, and we treat each one as if it were our own.
Every visit is performed by the same trusted hands, using considered methods and modern, eco-conscious products. No franchises, no rushing, no cutting corners. Just a thorough, considered clean, every time.

Founder and Owner
Meet the Founder
Running cleaning companies since 2008.Now in Texas.
Heritage Housekeepers® was founded by Katie Pearse-Welsh, a cleaning industry expert who has run residential and commercial cleaning companies in the United States and Canada since 2008.
Her teams have cared for the homes of NHL players, executives, and prominent families, and have completed well over one hundred thousand cleanings. Her cleaning companies have been voted Best of Edmonton five times, won the Edmonton Journal Readers' Award, and been named Three Best Rated in Sarnia and Washington, DC, and she has built a reputation for training the most thoroughly prepared housekeepers in the business.
In 2015 Katie founded Glisten Academy, her online school for professional cleaners, and she continues to coach owners, consult, and speak at industry events throughout the year. She is, by any measure, a student of the craft as much as a teacher of it.
In 2025 she brought that standard to Texas. Heritage Housekeepers is the result: a local company in Fulshear, trained to its founder's standards and held to them on every visit, serving the families of Fulshear and Katy.

Press for Housekeeping
Press for Housekeeping.
At a great hotel, housekeeping isn't just someone who cleans the bathroom.
The bed made? Of course.
Laundry taken care of? Absolutely.
Something cleaned or refreshed? Just ask.
We think housekeeping at home should work the same way.
Too many cleaning companies have built their service around a long list of things they won't do. We built Heritage Housekeepers® around what a household actually needs.
Our team is trained in far more than basic cleaning. We provide specialized training in hotel-style bed making and finishing, laundry and linen care, detailed cleaning and specialty services.
Need the carpets cleaned? We can arrange it.
Laundry piling up? We'll take care of it.
Want the beds changed and beautifully made? That's housekeeping.
Even the dogs could use a little extra attention while we're there? Tell us.
Some services require additional time, specially trained staff or a separate appointment — but our first instinct isn't to say no. It's to find a way to take care of it so you have nothing to worry about.
Your home doesn't need another cleaning company. It needs housekeeping.
