Our Secret Shopper program sends trained evaluators into real cleanings, unannounced and anonymous, to measure exactly what our clients experience. Their reports shape how we train, how we coach, and how we hold every member of our team accountable to the Heritage Housekeepers standard.

- Adds your name to our Secret Shopper roster.
- Makes you eligible for future openings when they arise.
- Puts you on the list we contact when a shopper visit is scheduled.
What applying does not do
- It does not book a cleaning.
- It does not guarantee you will be selected.
- It does not entitle you to 30% off every cleaning you book.

Be Our Eyes
When selected, you visit as a prospective client. You observe the booking experience, the cleaning, and the follow-up so we know exactly what our customers see.
Share Your Report
After a selected visit, complete a detailed evaluation. Tell us what impressed you and where we fell short. We want the unvarnished truth.
30% Off When Selected
Secret Shoppers receive 30% off the specific cleaning we invite them to evaluate. The discount is not automatic on every cleaning you book.
Stay Anonymous
Our teams do not know they are being evaluated. Your identity as a shopper stays confidential so we see our true standard, not a performance.

How it works
Apply to Join the Roster
Complete the form below. Applying places your name on our Secret Shopper roster. It does not book a cleaning and it does not guarantee you will be selected.
We Notify You When a Slot Opens
When we need a Secret Shopper visit scheduled, we send an email or text to everyone on the roster. Slots are limited and open only when an evaluation is needed.
One Client Is Chosen
For each opening, we select one client from the roster. If you are chosen, we confirm the visit with you directly and arrange the appointment.
Evaluate & Help Us Improve
After the cleaning, you submit a thorough report. Your feedback goes straight to leadership and shapes how we train, coach, and hold our teams accountable.
