Weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks. Most of our clients choose bi-weekly, which keeps a home in beautiful condition between visits. Weekly is popular for larger households, families with young children, and homes with pets. We will help you choose the right cadence during your quote.

Yes. You will have the same trusted Cleaning Consultants at every visit, so they learn your home and your preferences over time. When a team member is unavailable, we send someone equally qualified who has already been briefed on your Client Profile.

The microwave interior is always included. Oven and refrigerator interior cleaning is available as an add-on. On a recurring Classic Clean we polish appliance exteriors, clean the microwave inside and out, and spot-clean the fronts. Add interior oven or refrigerator cleaning any time you like, either occasionally or on a set rotation.

Membership pricing rewards our recurring clients with our best rates, priority scheduling, and complimentary add-ons throughout the year. Ask about membership when we quote and we will walk you through the options that best fit your household.

Trained, uniformed, background-checked Cleaning Consultants who have completed our Glisten Academy® certification. They are employees of Heritage Housekeepers®, not contractors, and they are the same faces you will see at each visit whenever possible. Consistency is the foundation of our service.

Yes. Heritage Housekeepers® carries full general liability insurance, workers compensation for every team member, and dishonesty bonding. Proof of coverage is available on request, and it is one of many reasons families entrust us with their homes.

Everything we need. Our team arrives with professional-grade vacuums, microfibre systems, and EPA-approved disinfectants. If you prefer we use products you keep on hand, or if a family member has sensitivities, simply note it on your Client Profile and we will follow your preferences to the letter.

Not at all. Most of our clients are at work, running errands, or travelling when we clean. We are happy to work with a keypad code, a lockbox, a garage code, or a hidden key, whatever suits your household. Whatever you decide is recorded securely in your Client Profile.

We adore them. Please tell us about them on your Client Profile: names, temperaments, and any special instructions. Our teams are trained to work calmly around pets, and we will always leave doors and gates as we found them. Pet sitting during your visit can also be added as an extra.

Every quote is based on your home: square footage, number of bathrooms, frequency of service, and any extras you have chosen. You will receive a clear, written price before anything is scheduled. No surprise fees, no upsells at the door, no per-cleaner charges.

Your cleaning is paid in full at booking through our secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards, so there is nothing to hand a cleaner and no envelope to leave on the counter. Receipts are emailed automatically.

Let our office know within 24 hours and we will return promptly to re-clean the area at no charge. Our No-Hassle Guarantee is simple: if it isn't right, we make it right.

Life happens. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or skip a visit at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours are billed at 50% of the visit, since your team is already scheduled and holding the time for you.
