A full deep-clean protocol from top to bottom, plus interior refrigerator and oven cleaning, cabinet interiors, garage and patio sweep-out, and every detail a home needs before it is handed over. Windows and blinds are not included, but are available as add-on extras. The goal is a home that is ready for its next chapter.

As soon as you know your moving date. Move in/out cleans are individually scheduled and popular dates fill quickly, especially at month-end and around the school calendar. Reach out as early as you can and we will do everything possible to accommodate your timeline.

Yes. A Move In/Out Clean requires a completely empty home: no furniture, boxes, or personal belongings, with appliances, cupboards, drawers, and closets emptied. Please schedule your clean after the movers have finished. A home that still has furniture or belongings in it is booked as a Deep Clean.

Regularly. We invoice directly to agents, sellers, buyers, or property management companies. We can coordinate directly with your realtor for access, walk-throughs, and photography deadlines. Simply let us know the point of contact when you book.

That is exactly why the service exists. Our Move In/Out Clean is designed to meet the standards of the strictest property managers, buyer walk-throughs, and photography days. If anything is flagged during inspection, we will return to address it within 24 hours.

No. Move In/Out Cleans are for completely empty homes only. For an occupied or staged home, book a Deep Clean instead and we will work carefully around furnishings and photograph-ready details.

Yes. Heritage Housekeepers® carries full general liability insurance, workers compensation for every team member, and dishonesty bonding. Proof of coverage is available on request, and it is one of many reasons families entrust us with their homes.

Everything we need. Our team arrives with professional-grade vacuums, microfibre systems, and EPA-approved disinfectants. If you prefer we use products you keep on hand, or if a family member has sensitivities, simply note it on your Client Profile and we will follow your preferences to the letter.

Not at all. Most of our clients are at work, running errands, or travelling when we clean. We are happy to work with a keypad code, a lockbox, a garage code, or a hidden key, whatever suits your household. Whatever you decide is recorded securely in your Client Profile.

We adore them. Please tell us about them on your Client Profile: names, temperaments, and any special instructions. Our teams are trained to work calmly around pets, and we will always leave doors and gates as we found them. Pet sitting during your visit can also be added as an extra.

Every quote is based on your home: square footage, number of bathrooms, frequency of service, and any extras you have chosen. You will receive a clear, written price before anything is scheduled. No surprise fees, no upsells at the door, no per-cleaner charges.

Your cleaning is paid in full at booking through our secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards, so there is nothing to hand a cleaner and no envelope to leave on the counter. Receipts are emailed automatically.

Let our office know within 24 hours and we will return promptly to re-clean the area at no charge. Our No-Hassle Guarantee is simple: if it isn't right, we make it right.

Life happens. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or skip a visit at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours are billed at 50% of the visit, since your team is already scheduled and holding the time for you.
