Cleaning Consultant

Full-time · Fulshear & Katy, TX

Experience preferred but not required as we have a comprehensive training program. Must pass a criminal record check and have a reliable vehicle and driver’s license. No evenings or weekends required.

Team Lead

Full-time · Fulshear & Katy, TX · Experience NECESSARY

Lead a small team through the day, oversee quality, mentor newer consultants, and be the calm, competent face our clients rely on. Prior residential cleaning leadership experience required.

Casual Cleaner

On-call · Fulshear & Katy, TX · W-2 employee, direct deposit

We are also building a small roster of casual cleaners we can call on when we have overflow and need an extra pair of hands. Hours are irregular and by invitation only, and you are paid by direct deposit as a W-2 employee. Prior professional cleaning experience preferred.

What we look for.

Every applicant we consider meets each of the following. If you do, we look forward to hearing from you. The most important trait? A friendly smile and positive, problem-solving attitude.

  • Professional residential cleaning experience, or exceptional cleaning skills and a willingness to be trained

  • Willingness to learn the Heritage Housekeepers system through paid training

  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work in Fulshear and Katy, Texas (drive time is paid)

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check

  • Punctuality, discretion, and pride in a job well done
